About me
My name is Tina Johnson and I am currently a guest student at Mississippi State University. I received my bachelor degree or German diploma respectively in International Business (with a major in Marketing) and Chinese and am pursuing my MBA at the Old Dominion University in Sterling, Virginia where my husband and I live.
During my undergraduate program I learned a lot about different cultures and intercultural business communication. Through various internships in the US, Canada and Hong Kong I was able to experience myself how even the slightest differences can affect the way you conduct business. I am now working for a German company in the US and find myself often explaining to my American colleagues why my German co-workers do things a certain way.
